You must supply accurate property data, current zoning bylaws, and any prior correspondence with local planning authorities. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect timelines.
Our reports are prepared based on available records and site conditions at the time of review. We are not liable for changes in municipal regulations or third-party decisions after delivery.
Either party may terminate the agreement with seven days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. No refunds apply to partially delivered services.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
